A Dog’s Purpose

With heavy hearts ❤️‍🩹, we share the sad news that our beloved Stevie 🐕‍🦺, our faithful four-legged friend and temple greeter, has crossed to the other shore. We will deeply miss her shiny black coat, her joyful wiggle, and the way her long tail wagged in delight. But let us take comfort in remembering how she warmly welcomed each of us to the temple, offered gentle comfort as a therapy dog to families in their time of need, was a great office mate to the temple staff, and faithfully stood by Gordon’s side as a devoted companion. Stevie’s spirit touched us all, and her love will remain in our hearts. With paws pressed together… Namo Amida Butsu.
