Founded in 1899, the Buddhist Church of Sacramento celebrates its 125th Anniversary in 2024. While our history spans three centuries and the pace of life has changed dramatically, our core values remain the same: Compassion. Culture. Community.

Get ready to party! The 125th Anniversary Dinner Committee, led by Stacy Matsunami, is buzzing with excitement as we gear up for our incredible 125th Anniversary Banquet & Celebration. It's all happening on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Sacramento Asian Sports Foundation (SASF) located at 9040 High Tech Court in Elk Grove.
Hey, it's not just an anniversary party - it’s also a homecoming and reunion! The invitation is extended to all current and past Sangha families and friends. We can't wait to see familiar faces and catch up with old friends who've shared in the temple's journey through the decades. Remember all those memories from Dharma School, JYBA, Basketball, Scouts, Sakura Gakuen, ABA and SBWA - let's relive those memories and make some new ones!

GROUP SEATING REQUEST - Whether you would like to sit with 1 friend or 12 (or more!), this is the form for you! Submit ONE FORM FOR YOUR ENTIRE PARTY.
Please complete and submit the Group Seating Request form AFTER everyone in your party has purchased their banquet tickets. The person who completes the request will need to have the specific order numbers from everyone’s separate ticket order. These numbers can be found on the email confirmation sent by "Order@humanitix.com" for each purchase transaction.
